FLAAC, Inc. is 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2012. FLAAC, Inc. is dedicated to fostering awareness, increasing acceptance, promoting advocacy, and providing education and support to the Armenian community on issues surrounding sexual orientation and gender identity with the aim of restructuring homophobic and heterosexist beliefs that stem from religious dogma and historical intolerance.

FLAAC, Inc. is the voice of the Armenian lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community. Through the research, literature, and individual accounts presented on this website, and through the implementation of support groups, educational programs, and diversity training in the Armenian community, FLAAC, Inc. aims to shed light on the damaging effects of the inequities and marginalization faced by LGBT individuals and their families in our schools, churches, and community at large.

FLAAC values diversity, equality, liberty, integrity, humility, and respect, and is proud to be a unifying Armenian entity.
